1. Overloading and oblique pulling are strictly prohibited.
2. Operation with any power source other than manual power is strictly prohibited.
3. Before use, ensure that all parts are intact, the transmission components and lifting chain are well lubricated, and that idle operation is normal.
4. Before lifting, check that the upper and lower hooks are securely attached, the lifting chain is vertically suspended, there are no twisted chain links, and the lower hook frame of a double-chain hoist must not be overturned.
5. The operator should stand in the same plane as the hand chain wheel and pull the hand chain to rotate the hand chain wheel clockwise to raise the load; pulling the hand chain in the opposite direction will slowly lower the load.
6. When lifting heavy objects, personnel are strictly prohibited from working or walking under the load to prevent serious accidents.
7. During the lifting process, whether the load is rising or falling, pull the hand chain with even and gentle force. Do not use excessive force to avoid the hand chain jumping or jamming.
8. If the operator finds that the pulling force exceeds the normal pulling force, the operation should be stopped immediately. This is to prevent damage to the internal structure and to avoid falling objects.
9. After the load has landed safely and securely, remove the hook from the chain hoist.
10. After use, handle with care, store in a dry, ventilated place, apply lubricant, and store properly.
