This stainless steel chain block is specially designed for chain hoists
As the lifeline of a hoist, the chain must perform reliably-any malfunction can compromise the hoist and, in extreme cases, cause serious accidents. That is why we are extremely meticulous in manufacturing this chain. Dimensions are precise, and load-bearing capacity is stable, leaving no room for error.
We control the stainless steel chain block diameter between 4.6 mm and 4.8 mm
This size was determined after repeated testing and is compatible with most reputable hoists from various manufacturers. You can select the chain length from 1 meter to 5 meters, with the 3-meter length being the most popular for typical lifting tasks. For larger hoists with a 5-ton capacity, we set the pitch between 15 and 25 mm, ensuring smooth engagement with hoist gears and preventing slippage or jamming during lifting.
Two material options are available
Carbon steel is cost-effective and suitable for small to medium loads, while alloy steel offers higher wear and corrosion resistance. For daily use or operation in damp or dusty environments, alloy steel is recommended for greater durability and fewer replacements. For very heavy loads-over 5 tons-we increase the chain diameter to 10 mm and use multiple chains (two or three), providing enhanced strength and stable lifting performance. This ensures you can work with confidence, even under demanding conditions.
