Engineered Steel Chain

This engineered steel chain is specially designed for heavy-duty applications. It is manufactured in accordance with U.S. standards and has a Grade 70 strength rating. We use 20Mn2A alloy steel to ensure it can withstand heavy loads.

Available sizes range from 1/4 inch to 7/8 inch (7.0 mm to 22.0 mm in diameter). The 1/4-inch chain has a pulling capacity of 1,180 kg, while the 7/8-inch chain can handle up to 11,140 kg. All figures have been verified through testing, so you can use the chain with confidence.

We follow a strict manufacturing procedure. After each batch is completed, it undergoes a 6-meter proof load test. We apply two to two and a half times the chain's normal working load to verify its actual strength. Out of every 10,000 links, no more than one will fail.

The engineered steel chain is manufactured with a safety factor of over 4:1, meaning it can withstand more than four times its normal working load. This provides added reliability during use.
