This industrial steel chain is manufactured in accordance with the American NACM 84/90 standard. It is available in two strength grades: G30 and G43.
For G30, we use Q195 or Q235 low-carbon steel
This material is softer, easier to weld, and suitable for everyday applications such as dragging or bundling. For G43, we use medium-carbon steel or low-alloy steel. After manufacturing, the chain undergoes heat treatment to increase hardness and improve wear resistance. For heavier-duty applications, G43 is the better choice.
We maintain strict control over raw materials
The industrial steel chain carbon content is kept below 0.35%, while phosphorus and sulfur are limited to no more than 0.025%. This ensures clean weld joints with minimal impurities.
We use flash butt welding, which produces smooth welds with strength nearly equivalent to the base material. In addition, we precisely control all chain dimensions, including wire diameter, pitch (link length), inner width, and outer width. This allows the chain to be directly used with American-style towing equipment or hooks without requiring further modification.
Surface treatment options include galvanizing, painting, and black oxide finish. Simply let us know your preference.
