Our heavy duty welded chain is made of high-strength alloy structural steel as raw material, and the chain link welding process is completed by imported fully automatic flash butt welding equipment throughout the process. The weld seam is fully fused, the internal metal structure is dense, and the strength of the welded part can reach more than 95% of the base metal itself. It is a professional load-bearing chain with extremely high reliability in industrial heavy-load scenarios. The product covers multiple strength grades of Grade G60 and G80. After forming, the chain links undergo overall quenching and tempering heat treatment, which combines high tensile strength with good impact toughness. It can maintain stable performance under complex working conditions of frequent lifting and dynamic loads, and effectively eliminate the risk of low-stress fracture. Our heavy duty welded chain implements online ultrasonic flaw detection random inspection for each weld seam, eliminating products with hidden defects such as false welding, slag inclusion and blowholes, ensuring that every meter of chain delivered from the factory has consistent high quality, and can be directly used in core load-bearing scenarios such as lifting riggings, industrial traction and equipment matching.

To adapt to the use environment and working condition requirements of different industries, heavy duty welded chain can be customized with a variety of surface protection processes such as blackening, electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing and dacromet. Among them, the salt spray rust resistance of dacromet treatment far exceeds that of conventional galvanizing processes, which is especially suitable for use in strong corrosion environments such as coastal factories and chemical workshops. The product chain diameter covers the full range of specifications from 4mm to 32mm, and supports customized special pitches, special-shaped chain links and end connecting accessories according to customer requirements. It can be supplied in whole rolls in bare packaging or processed into complete sets of spreader finished products.
