Our galvanised anchor chain is specially built for ship mooring and marine engineering scenarios. It is made of high-quality marine carbon steel as raw material, through a full set of processes such as automatic chain weaving, flash butt welding, whole chain heat treatment and hot-dip galvanizing. It is divided into two major series: stud link anchor chain and studless anchor chain, which can meet the use needs of different tonnage ships and mooring scenarios. The product is produced in strict compliance with international marine standards such as ISO 1704 and ASTM. The weld of each chain link has undergone automated fusion and flaw detection. The strength of the welded part is not lower than that of the base metal itself, and the overall breaking load meets the requirements of classification society specifications. It can withstand wave impact and continuous tension in scenarios such as ship anchoring and long-term mooring, ensuring the mooring safety of ships and marine facilities. The surface of our galvanised anchor chain is treated with hot-dip galvanizing process, with uniform and dense zinc layer and strong adhesion, which can effectively resist the corrosion of seawater salt spray and humid marine environment, and greatly extend the service life of the product in outdoor marine environments.

Quality Control
We have established a full-process quality control system for galvanised anchor chain, setting up multiple inspection levels from raw material warehousing to finished product delivery. The factory is equipped with full-time quality inspectors to verify the composition and test the hardness of raw steel bars to ensure that the material meets marine standards; during the production process, batch-by-batch random inspection is carried out on chain weaving dimensions, welding strength and heat treatment hardness to prevent process defects from flowing into the next process. In the finished product stage, 100% appearance inspection and dimensional calibration are carried out, and tensile load test and zinc layer thickness test are conducted for each batch of products to ensure that both load-bearing performance and anti-corrosion performance meet the standards. We support on-site inspection by third-party authoritative institutions, and customers can entrust classification societies or professional testing institutions to conduct on-site verification. The product provides a conventional 6-month warranty period. Payment Terms
For conventional orders, we adopt the settlement method of 30% advance payment and 70% balance paid on the day of shipment; for customized products, the payment term is 50% advance payment and 50% balance settled before shipment to ensure the production implementation of customized orders. At present, we support settlement in US dollars (USD), and can provide corresponding commercial documents for customs clearance and foreign exchange payment in cooperation with customers. For large-volume long-term cooperative orders, we will give corresponding price discounts according to the actual order volume, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results with customers.
