Our alloy steel lifting chain is manufactured with high-strength alloy steel as the core raw material, through a full set of processes including automatic chain weaving and forming, precision fusion welding, and quenching and tempering heat treatment. It is a critical load-bearing component for industrial lifting and hoisting operations. The mainstream specification is Grade G80, with a minimum breaking strength of 800MPa and a safety factor of no less than 4 times. It features excellent tensile strength, impact toughness and wear resistance, is not prone to deformation or fracture in heavy-load and high-frequency operation environments, and can stably ensure the safety and reliability of hoisting operations. Our alloy steel lifting chain strictly complies with international production standards such as EN818-2. The weld of each chain link is precisely controlled by automated equipment in terms of fusion depth and flatness, without defects such as false welding or missing welding. The dimensions of chain links are uniformly calibrated, and can be smoothly matched with various lifting accessories such as hooks, hoists and complete riggings, fully meeting the supporting needs of different scenarios.

For different usage environments and customer needs, alloy steel lifting chain can be provided with various surface treatment solutions such as blackening, electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating, which effectively improve the rust and corrosion resistance of the product.
