Chain Maintenance And Care

Leave a message

Chain chains require regular inspection for deformation, cracks, rust, damaged pins and rollers, loose joints, abnormal noises and vibrations, and lubrication status.

Maintenance methods include timely adjustment of deviations (allowing for a 1 mm deviation); timely checking of tension and adjusting to a center distance of 2 to 3 cm; replacing worn chains promptly, ensuring the chain link count is even;

New and old chains should not be mixed; and timely application of lubricating oil, ensuring the clearance between the rollers and inner sleeves is adequate.
