Our galvanized steel chain is made of high-quality low-carbon structural steel as the base material. After chain weaving forming and welding reinforcement, a dense zinc layer protection is formed on the surface through hot-dip galvanizing or electro-galvanizing process. It is a general-purpose chain that takes into account basic load-bearing capacity and excellent rust resistance. The product has firm welding and regular structure, with a safety factor of no less than 4 times, which can meet the use needs of various scenarios such as daily heavy-load binding, protective enclosure, facility traction and civil hanging. The surface zinc layer can effectively isolate air, moisture and corrosive media, avoid chain rust and oxidation, and greatly extend the service life in outdoor humid environments. Our galvanized steel chain strictly controls the zinc layer thickness and surface flatness, without defects such as missing plating, zinc nodules and burrs, with a neat and bright appearance, which not only has practical load-bearing performance, but also adapts to protection and decoration scenarios with certain appearance requirements.

Our quality control for galvanized steel chain runs through the whole production process, setting up multiple quality inspection levels from raw materials to finished products. The steel grade and diameter tolerance are verified when raw materials are put into storage to ensure that the base material performance meets the standard; during the production process, full-time quality inspectors conduct batch-by-batch random inspection on chain weaving dimensions and welding strength, and retain tensile test samples for each shift; in the galvanizing link, the zinc liquid temperature and dipping time are strictly controlled to ensure uniform zinc layer thickness and up-to-standard adhesion, and salt spray test is carried out on finished product samples to verify anti-corrosion performance. 100% full appearance inspection is carried out before finished products leave the factory to check for defects such as missing plating, weld opening and burrs, ensuring that each delivered product meets the quality standard. We support on-site inspection by third-party institutions, and all test data are traceable. The product provides a conventional 6-month warranty period. If non-human-caused quality problems occur after receipt, we will connect and negotiate solutions at the first time.
